THE STORY OF SOY
Soybean is listed as one of the most good-for-health foods, as they are rich in many beneficial nutrients. Soybeans are usually grown in cool, temperate regions, but tropical climates like Vietnam also produce soy beans. This crop can thrive almost anywhere with a warm growing season, ample water, and sunlight. Thus, we have a variety of choices for our input soybeans for the best beverages quality.
The most nutritious, healthily grown soy in immense and fertile fields in Vietnam is chosen as our factory’s input. After soybeans are harvested, they are only slightly grinded to keep maximum amounts of nutrition and are delivered to our factory in air-free styrofoam bags. Those bags must ensure maximum aeration in the transporting process.
Soybeans contain considerable health benefits for consumers, as they consist of many nutritious components such as omega-3 fatty acids, protein, vitamin K1, folate, copper, manganese, phosphorus, and thiamine. Soybeans support the circulatory system’s activity by lowering blood pressure, helping the digestive system perform better, improving bone health, and increasing cognitive function and visual memory.
