THE STORY OF BANANA
Kinh Mon district in Hai Duong province is well-known for its outstanding banana quality, and this area is the primary supply source for our banana-related products. This region has a long tradition of growing this fruit; thus, they have a unique cultivating method to produce sweeter and tastier bananas.
In Kinh Mon, Hai Duong, bananas are grown large-scale with standardized planting regulation: NPK fertilizers and 1.5-meter minimum spacing. Moreover, the soil must be loosened before planting and require regular watering to sustain large tropical leaves and give tasty fruits.
In the harvesting period, the bananas are about to ripen. They are picked in green color and ripen in special boxes to induce the ripening process. Adequate temperatures are given for the fruits to achieve the best texture and flavor. These fruits are delivered to our factory in air-free styrofoam boxes after harvesting, under a temperature from 13 to 15 Celsius degrees. Those boxes must be able to resist shock while also ensuring maximum aeration.
Kinh Mon bananas are delicious, healthy, and sweet. Many health-beneficial vitamins and minerals are contained in this fruit, such as vitamin B6 and B12, vitamin C, copper, magnesium, potassium, and various bioactive compounds like polyphenols, carotenoids, and others. Therefore, eating bananas can moderate sugar levels in the blood, thus treating heart-related disease, improving the digestive system, reducing the risk of obesity, killing diabetes, giving better kidney health, and helping people quickly recover from exercises.
