THE STORY OF CASHEW
Southeast and Central Highlands in our country is one of the most well-known cashew sources in the worldwide market. Those regions have a long tradition of cultivating this seed. Thus, they have a unique growing method to produce tastier and higher-quality cashews.
In Southeast and Central Highlands cashew farms, they are grown large-scale with standardized planting regulation: requirement of balanced NPK fertilizer, of minimum spacing, of soil condition before planting, and of the water drainage system, to sustain high-quality outputs. Within hours of harvesting, cashew would be delivered to our factory in air-free styrofoam boxes. Those boxes must resist shock while also ensuring maximum aeration for the most natural input material.
Cashew contains many health beneficial vitamins and minerals: vitamin K, vitamin B6, magnesium, manganese, zinc, phosphorus, selenium, and thiamine. Those nutrients are essential for treating some diseases and improving the overall health and well-being of consumers: support treating obesity, improve heart health by reducing the risk of stroke, as cashews help lower blood pressure, treat diabetes and upgrade the immune system. Moreover, magnesium and copper in cashews would improve bone and joint health, and magnesium also helps relax nerves.
