THE STORY OF PEACH
The peach juice products’ input peaches are from northern mountainous provinces as Lao Cai, Lang Son, Son La. This region has an appropriate climate and soil condition for the best development of this fruit, in addition to farmers whose experience has been passed for generations. The peaches in those areas are of high-quality: attractive aroma, crispy, mildly sweet and sour, thus they are chosen to be the source of ingredient for our delicious juices.
We have a strict standard for our peach input, from the cultivation to the harvesting process. Before planting, the seeds must go through dehydration stages and soaking in warm water for four days, and only plant them in the field when the trees are higher than 50 centimeters. The hole for planting must be deeper than 60 centimeters and be filled with 30 centimeters of fertilizer, while the soil must be softened before moving the trees from pots to the growing field. Watering and drainage work must be done regularly in the dry and rainy season, respectively, for the trees’ best development. In harvesting season, only harvest them when the fruits are pink and red, the intestines are soft, and the aroma is appealing. After harvesting, these fruits are delivered to our factory in air-free styrofoam boxes. Those boxes must be able to resist shock while also ensuring maximum aeration.
Peaches contain many health-beneficial substances: vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamins E and K, niacin, folate, iron, choline, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, zinc, and copper. The functions of those vitamins and minerals are considerable, such as aiding digestion, improving the heart’s health, protecting skin, preventing many types of cancer, reducing allergy symptoms, promoting the immune system, preventing certain toxins, and decreasing blood sugar levels.
