THE STORY OF OAT
Imported from East Europe – a region with a temperate climate and cold weather – oat is one of the most health-beneficial types of cereal. Oat trees can survive and grow in low-temperature conditions. Thus, the best time to start planting is at the end of autumn. The stems and leaves are very soft and brittle, the treetops grow very fast, and the period from planting to harvesting is nearly two months. Oat is ranked in one of the five most nutritious cereal kinds and of high popularity in Europe.
Our factory always carefully takes quality tests for the input material: oat seeds must be sourced from nations with temperate climate conditions, are the cleanest, highest quality, and most delicious ingredients.
Oat seeds are beneficial to human health, as they contain a high content of minerals (magnesium, potassium, and others), vitamin B, antioxidants, a soluble fiber called beta-glucan, and more. They have the effect of lowering cholesterol levels, improving blood sugar control, reducing the risk of obesity, and moisturizing, protecting, and healing the skin.
