THE STORY OF HAZELNUT
Hazelnut, also called cobnut or filbert nut belongs to the Corylus species. Being definitely different from chestnut not only in appearance, taste but also the origin, Hazelnut comes from mainly Turkey (65% worldwide), Italy, and England.
The seedling is chosen carefully to appropriate with individual regions, then experiencing the hearted-care of hard-working farmers. Hazelnuts are often harvested during Fall by hand rather than using machines. To choose the Hazelnuts with high quality, it should meet some standards of the undamaged peel with the white and sweet-smelling insider.
After being harvested, these fruits are delivered to our factory in air-free styrofoam boxes. Those boxes must be able to resist shock while also ensuring maximum aeration.
Similar to other kindship of nuts, Hazelnut also contains numerous vitamins and healthy nutrients that inevitable for health, listed Canxi, Magie, Ferrous, Vitamin A, Vitamin B.
From that, this nut provides us the ability to improve the nervous system, digestive system, support for heart-related diseases and hypertension. Especially, Hazelnut is good for Infants due to the great amount of Folate (kind of Vitamin B) that’s necessary for the growth of them.
