THE STORY OF WALNUT
Walnut imported from the United States are the input sources for our walnut drinks. In terms of health benefits, walnuts are regarded as “the king of seeds,” and consumers highly appreciate them for their excellent quality. To be chosen as our factory inputs, walnuts must meet many strict requirements to guarantee our final customers’ health completely.
To be imported, those walnuts must have good outside and inside conditions: in good shape and dull color, heart-shaped intestine, appealingly taste, and no oil stink. After harvesting, those seeds are delivered to our factory in air-free styrofoam bags. Those bags must ensure maximum aeration in the transporting process.
American walnuts are made up of 15% protein and 65% fat, especially omega-3 fat, which supports reducing the risk of inflammation and improving blood fats’ composition. Moreover, they are an excellent source of several minerals and vitamins, including Copper, Vitamin B9, Phosphorus, Vitamin B6, Manganese, Vitamin E, thus playing an essential role in enhancing the immune system, strengthening bones, improving brain function, preventing cancer and treating heart-related problems.
