Ingredients
- 3 medium-sized pears
- 1 orange (if desired, for flavor)

- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
STEP 1: Preprocessing
To make pear juice, the first thing you need to do is wash pears because the fruit displayed in the mini-mart racks or on the street stalls are exposed to many germs and pollution.
Then peel the outer cover. It will help you keep your fruit safe and healthy, which helps you in the juicing process.
STEP 2: Cutting
Prior to the juicing process, cut the fruits into small cubes, usually three slices of each pear. In a blender, cut the pieces even smaller.
STEP 3: Blending
Juice or blend the pear thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, waiting until it has an even consistency.
STEP 4: Concentrating
Once the pears get juiced or blended in, it is here that you add the boiling pan of water to dilute the consistency.
Now in a boiling pan of water, plop the pears in and wait for the water to concentrate. Make sure the water is appropriate in amount, maybe two or three cups.
You may add sugar or syrup, just a little bit of it for some taste.
Don’t wait too long in the boiling pan, or the pears will start molding. As soon as the water becomes concentrated, sieve the water and put the rest of the pears in a mixer grinder or preferably a juicer.
STEP 5: Enjoying
Serve the pear juice chilled and enjoy it with your friends or family members!
