THE STORY OF GRAPES
The endless grape field in Ninh Thuan province, for a long time, has been the Vietnamese largest producer. Ninh Thuan grapes are well-known worldwide for their high quality, exceptional taste, and sweetness, which are the main ingredient of our grape-related products. Ninh Thuan farmers apply advanced farming methods and strict post-harvest preservation measures. Thus, their fruits are always in excellent quality and condition.
Their excellent quality and outstanding character are achieved as those fruits are grown under Vietnamese Good Agriculture Practice (VietGAP). Ninh Thuan grapes are healthily grown by completely-natural agricultural technology and with the minimal interruption of pesticides and plan protecting drugs.
For the best quality in the harvest season, farmers should select a good time to harvest: Grapes should be firm, plump, and tightly attached to the stems. Otherwise, they should be abandoned as our factory only takes in grapes in the freshest condition. After harvesting, these fruits are delivered to our factory in air-free styrofoam boxes. Those boxes must be able to resist shock while also ensuring maximum aeration.
In nutritional facts, grapes contain many vitamins and minerals: vitamin A, various types of vitamin B, vitamin C, Sodium, Potassium, and Magnesium. Those nutrients play a significant role in improving the immune system and preventing many serious diseases, such as digestive problems, heart health, and preventing obesity by vitamin C, etc.
