From October 24th to 26th, the Tan Do Beverage team took a well-deserved annual company retreat to the majestic Ha Long Bay. This annual trip was more than just a getaway; it served as a powerful opportunity to reinforce the importance of internal connection and work-life balance within our organization.

    We temporarily exchanged our keyboards for kayaks and our usual meeting rooms for marvelous sunsets across the iconic limestone karsts. Together, we shared memorable moments, ranging from fun outdoor team-building activities to engaging evening get-togethers.

    This retreat provided an invaluable chance for team members from different departments, who often only interact via email, to strengthen their bonds and build a deeper understanding.
