Does Tan Do help customers design their packaging?

Yes, as an OEM/private label firm, we offer comprehensive support from A–Z in regard to the products you order. This means we have an in-house design department dedicated to assisting our customers with packaging design.
What packaging options does Tan Do offer?

Our packaging options include aluminum cans and PET bottles. We use premium quality PET (plastic) bottles that are sturdy, crystal clear, and also available in a variety of colors. Our bottles are of much higher quality than typical lightweight store-brand bottles.
What is the quality of your fruit sources?

The selection of ingredients is always one of the top priorities in Tan Do’s beverage development. Sourced from both domestic and foreign regions, our raw produce consistently meets strict requirements for freshness, high quality, and affordability—especially for our range of tropical fruits.

Our raw material selection process involves working with outstanding partners, conducting thorough agricultural research, carefully cultivating and harvesting produce, and rigorously examining and processing all input materials according to strict standards.
Can Tan Do develop a completely new recipe for my brand?

Yes. Under our ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) service, Tan Do's in-house R&D team acts as your full development partner — creating a completely new beverage formula from scratch based on your concept, target market, and preferences. We handle everything from flavor development and ingredient sourcing to regulatory compliance and packaging, so you can bring an entirely unique product to market.
What information do I need to provide to start an OEM order?

To get started, it helps to share the following with our team:

Does Tan Do conduct product testing before shipment?

Yes. Every order undergoes rigorous quality inspection before it leaves our facility. Customers can also request technical data sheets and test reports for their products upon inquiry.

What is Tan Do's MOQ?

We always have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). You can place orders starting from as low as 300 cartons for our brand, or 1 x 20ft container for your private label.
Can different types of products be mixed in one container?

Yes, we can mix a variety of products based on clients’ requirements. Typically, a container can include around 4–10 different types of fruits.
What is the maximum load capacity of a container?

The maximum load capacity of a container is 26 tons.
How many units can a container hold?

Applies to standard packing (without pallets):

- 500ml PET bottle: 24 bottles/carton, 1,440 cartons/20ft container
- 1000ml PET bottle: 12 bottles/carton, 1,400 cartons/20ft container
- 1500ml PET bottle: 12 bottles/carton, 960 cartons/20ft container

Does Tan Do use pallets when delivering goods?

Our normal packaging method is without pallets, but we can use pallets upon request.
What is the average length of the manufacturing process?

The manufacturing process usually takes about 45 days from the first payment on the initial order.
Can the manufacturing process be expedited if necessary?

In some cases, yes. Expedited production may be possible depending on order volume, product complexity, and current factory capacity. Please contact our team to discuss your timeline requirements in detail.

How do I place an order with Tan Do?

Placing an order with Tan Do follows these key steps:

Packaging & design — Submit your artwork or work with our design team

Production & delivery — We keep you updated throughout; the remaining balance is due upon order completion

What Incoterms does Tan Do use?

Can you choose your own freight company, or must you use Tan Do's?

You are absolutely free to use a carrier of your choice. We only require a copy of their bill of lading (B/L) and the contact details at the freight company.
